SHIPPING

The PDF version of the zine will be emailed to you after the physical zines are sent out.

We have currently set up shipping for the more common countries we have seen based on past projects. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us to look up whether shipping is available to your country and have it added to the list. If the post office does not ship to your country, we will inform you.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
Shipping within Canada will be done by our main shipping mod. Shipping will be free and tracked nationwide. We will either use Canada Post or ChitChats.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
Shipping within the US will be done by our US shipping mod. Shipping will be by USPS and tracked.

SHIPPING TO EUROPE
Tracking is available for certain countries only (usually by ChitChats International mail or Ascendia through ChitChats). Untracked shipping will be handled by Canada Post and each country's local post office. Please note that VAT is NOT prepaid at time of purchase, therefore you will/may have to pay VAT when the package arrives.

REST OF INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Tracking is available for certain countries only.  Shipping to most SEA countries are sadly untracked.  Untracked shipping will be handled by Canada Post and each country's local post office. 

SHIPPING NOTES AND DISCLAIMER
- Packages will be shipped either in bubble mailers or mailer boxes.
- All items on this site are PREORDER items. We expect to start shipping out zines and bundles in late 2026 after production period. Please refer to our X or Bluesky announcements for production updates after preorder is closed. (@/gentsofhsr for both X and Bluesky)
- Any stretch goals, preorder bonuses or other bonuses will be shipped together with your order.

The Gentlemen of HSR zine mods will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages after we drop them off at the post. We will inform you of the shipping method after your package is sent out. Buyers can coordinate with the shipping company/post office directly regarding any lost or damaged packages. Tracking numbers will be provided for tracked packages, and label number will be provided for untracked packages. For non Canada/US packages, they are usually not insured due to past experience where we got insurance and the shipping company denied the claim every time, pointing fingers at third party carriers, or tried to send back the package but could not get over the border and then destroyed the package etc...

If you would like to make modifications to your orders, please email us at gentsofhsr[@]gmail.com during preorder period. Please note that order modifications are not allowed after preorder period ends. There will be announcements before shipping starts in case any buyers need to update their shipping information.
